JTC Trade Association Hub is conveniently located at:
9 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609431.
(Within 10 mins walk from Jurong East MRT Station, opposite JTC Summit Building).

The central air-conditioning system operates based on the following timing:
Common Facilities area:
Mondays to Fridays: 0800 – 2200hrs
Saturdays: 0800 – 1300hrs
Sundays & Public holidays – Not in operation

JTC Terms & Conditions applicable:

The facilities requirement stated by the lessees does not construe as JTC has approved all the requirement. Only with the signatory of the authorized JTC staff that will constitute as an approval from JTC. However JTC in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any booking request or withdraw its approved for use of the facilities without giving any reasons.

In the event of contravention of any use of facilities requirement listed, JTC has the right to stop the use or ask the lessee to vacate the facilities immediately. There shall be no refund of the paid rental charges to the lessee in this instance.

The lessee shall be responsible for any damages caused to JTC properties/equipment, either directly or indirectly in connection with its use and shall be liable to pay JTC for the cost incurred.

The lessee has to ensure that the equipment and stage properties he/she hired are safe to use and do not contravene with any act/policy governed by the relevant government authorities.

It is the responsibility of the lessee to ensure that the event organiser he/she has hired has the explicit knowledge of the equipment/stage properties and is capable to exercise preventive measures for the action taken so as not to cause any damages to JTC properties.

The lessee has to engage JTC facility technician to man the operation of the Audio-Visual equipment in the theatrette from start to the end of the whole event.

It is a requirement that a facility technician has to be on stand-by for facilities booked by the lessees after the business hours to perform check in/check out of the inventory in the facilities. The lessee shall pay for such stand-by service. Please refer to JTC Summit Facilities Rate Chart for the rental service.

There shall be no facility set-up services for the rental of the public lobby.

The officer of the lessee who has signed on this request form shall be deemed to be authorised by the lessee to act on behalf of the lessee. He/she shall be responsible for all matters/consequences in regard with the use of facilities in Trade Association Hub.

The lessee strictly not allowed doing decoration by nailing and paste on walls and on curtains and on the carpet floor.

The Lessee has to bear any cost by reinstating the damages in the theater.
The following terms and conditions for cancellation apply if the applicant cancels a confirmed booking:
